This policy describes what happens to information when you visit facultyguard.com. It's written in plain language, and it reflects exactly what this site does today — no more, no less.

What this site collects

FacultyGuard's website does not run analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies of its own, and it does not have a contact form, account system, or checkout that stores your information on our servers.

When you click "Complete Faculty Profile," "Choose Essentials," "Choose Guided," or a similar button, the current site opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to intake@facultyguard.com. Nothing is sent or stored until you personally choose to send that email. Any information in that email (such as your name, email address, institutional affiliation, and message) is used to evaluate your inquiry, recommend an appropriate engagement path, and respond to you.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a webpage's fonts from Google's servers means your browser makes a request directly to Google, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. We don't control or receive that data.

We do not use any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services on this site at this time.

Faculty Profile and engagement information

If you complete a Faculty Profile or email us about a project tier, FG System, or Annual Support Plan, we use the information you provide (such as your name, institutional affiliation, teaching environment, and email address) solely to assess your workflow, prepare a proposal or Statement of Work, deliver the engagement you requested, and maintain basic business records. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Your choices

Since this site itself doesn't collect or store personal data, there's nothing to opt out of on the site. For any information you've sent us by email, you can ask us at any time to delete our copy of that correspondence by emailing intake@facultyguard.com.

Changes to this policy

If how this site handles information changes — for example, if we add a Faculty Profile form, analytics, or online payment processing in the future — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
